Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Send us your order number, a short description of the issue, and clear photos if possible. We will review it and work to make it right through a replacement or refund when appropriate.

Change of Mind or Buyer’s Remorse

Because many items are made specifically for each order, we do not generally accept returns or exchanges for:

  • change of mind
  • ordering the wrong size
  • ordering the wrong color
  • accidental orders

Reminder Stickers

Our reminder stickers are packaged with care. If your sticker arrives damaged or there is a problem with your order, contact us within 7 days and we will help.

If a refund is approved, it will be sent back to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.
